“It never gets easier, you just get stronger”

Introduction

My name is Kazh Aplaten and i’m 15 years old. I’m 155 cm and at the moment i’m pretty active. From the very beginning I’ve always been very active whether it be playing sports or just running around. The time I felt the most active was in Year 3, I was in the Netball and the Rugby Team, I also got involved in after school soccer and lunch time activities. I’ve always really enjoyed sports with my friends and just being outside.

Fast forward to when I turned 13, my brother and I would would exercise together as we were less active than we used to. We still do today and it has really helped me improve my strength and my health. What I really enjoy about fitness is that it’s a really fun way of getting fit and even better when you’ve got someone to do it with you. My fitness goal is for me to be more active through out the day and to choose what I eat wiseley. I want to be able to improve my strength and flexibility.
